Based in Australia, Josh Jensen is one of our permanent correspondents. Late June 2011 he went to Cod Hole, a world-famous dive site on the Great Barrier Reef, to shoot groupers for
a documentary called 'Diving Queensland' he's working on with his wife, u/w photographer Liz Harlin.
Their priority was to assess the health of the reef following the damage caused by cyclone Yasi, that hit Australia last winter. Good news, the corals below a depth of 8 metres are intact, as is the whole ecosystem.
One thing is sure, these two massive potato cods (
Epinephelus tukula) are in good shape! No comment!
